I run 2 blue on a few characters and it's pretty good. That's a 16% increase.

So I can run 2 purple next patch and lose 6%.

Or if I want I can throw another on and I'm losing 1%.

Still worth it.

Had the swift Nerf been alone I'd be like meh

But when you add the Nerfs to expedition and snare Removal, then swift becomes attractive again.

Essentially with the duration Nerfs (say 8 sec to 4 sec, or 7.5 to 4) you're looking at a double in cost, but swift received a 40% reduction.

It will still see a use I am sure. At least single melee abilities will land more often now.

Speed is OP. Everyone complains now because everyone likes to run fast. It was no brainer in open world pvp and it will still largely be. People will start claiming that its not worth the damage loss (probably in hope to get it buffed again) but give it few weeks and they will also realize again that 6% more speed far outweighs 200 more caused damage on their burst.

I will still use Swift x3...

The only change for me will be that Accelerating Drain will now be included on every build I use...

I had excluded Accelerating from all of my builds with the exception of a few very specialized ones...

Accelerating now has a permanent place on my tool bar...
