@ZOS_TristanK was extremely helpful. PM'ed me within a matter of minutes saying my ticket was escalated to the support team. Within a half hour I received an email from customer support (Matthew). He was extremely polite and said sorry for the delay in getting back to me as they have been very busy.
Appparently he said there was a mix up with my account and someone else's (did not say exact cause). And he said my issue should be resolved.
I am now able to login.

Mine remains the same and have yet to hear from them again in over a day...to be honest it's a little upsetting considering there is no reason for this to be happening on my end, nor to not hear from them....
