How on earth is it possible to access the desired account on PTS? Everytime i want my EU acc for testing, i end up on my NA version and reverse. Is that seasonal or just random?

You cant chose. PTS starts with NA then EU.

There is no NA or EU, its just the PTS. They do copy characters from each one for a few weeks then swap.

So when they add a new patch onto the PTS, the first patch will always be an NA character copy. Then two week after that, they do an EU character copy. So tomorrow you should be able to use your EU toons.

Right. EU characters should be copied to PTS this week. If history is an indicator, they get a 2 week run, then back to NA.

    I still am.

I cannot work out, even given the alternating US/EU character copy, when characters are wiped.

The day a new major patch releases all chars get wiped and replaced with the current NA chars

2 weeks later another wipe and full replace with the current EU chars

2 weeks later another wipe and full replace with the current NA chars

Right, thank you @profundidob16_ESO for your roadmap! That is very helpful :)

So from that, every two weeks all characters are wiped. Except that doesn't happen every two weeks. When I was building my oversea house in Psijic Villa grounds, I had at least a month to complete it. But maybe this was after that 8 week cycle you list, and before the next new major patch, during which maybe characters aren't wiped?

the switching between eu or na char copies is not a guaranteed 2 weeks, could be 3 or 4. Also sometimes there are phases where only new template chars are allow (no copies from NA or EU)

    hope that helps :)

It does, but there are so many variables that it would be more than helpful if @ZOS cared to give us some notice about exactly what they were planning in the way of wipes.

One of them did give an answer a few weeks ago, for which I thank whoever it was.....but it did not actually answer my question.

The point is that if you are trying to get a building project finished before the next wipe, you need to know when that wipe is going to be. Last night I rushed through my Hunters Glade build, not knowing whether or not it was still going to be there today. As it happened, it wasn't. A wipe had indeed been carried out. So I was glad to have put in the extra hours to get it done, although it would have been so much better not to have had to race against time.

I hope that fellow house builders will know what I am talking about....as it is not critical for those who are testing questing and so on, but not housing.
