It has a one second delay and an easy telegraph. It's dodgeable, blockable, reflectable, and can't crit. I've died to this exactly once, when I was on siege. I have adjusted and escaped many times.

Honestly, how is this even an ask? Snipe + poison injection + incap + killers blade is a much faster and way more effective gank as the total damage here can take down 27k targets all day and is easy to pull off and escape.
