In game mail regarding Character name

I just received an in game mail, claiming that I violated the TOS, when in fact my toon was never named I was contacted by in game mail by someone from your team regarding a Toon name that is NOT even part of my account and claimed this is my second warning...Which neither is true!!! The toons name was NOT EVER on my account and I couldn't have been warned twice since this is only my second day in game...seriously? The toon name that was put in the email is very wrong claiming I made that toon!!! This needs to be corrected NOW or I will be contacting an Attorney Monday...

Anyone else experience this...?

Good luck getting an attorney because you are salty about an online game. Any attorney will laugh right into your face. Not that any attorney you can pay can actually win from Zenimax's/Bethesda's team of highly trained superlawyers.

All you can really do at this point is contact Customer Support and discuss the situation with them. Hope you can get this resolved quickly.
