Does anyone have an actual support number we can call? I am not getting a call back from the online form. I managed to find an office number and dial some random extensions to get voice mail of people...but that does not really help me right now. I just want a couple of days extended on my access while waiting on Amazon...

How much time have you given it? I feel that they are really backed up with phone calls and petitions for phone calls, perhaps you'll need to give it a few hours. I'm sure they will call you, as they have been very good about getting back to my emails quickly.0 -
