Does Arteum food work on Green Pact set?

I heard it works when youre wearing bonepirate when its not soppose to because its not a drink. I just want to know if itll work with green pact

In the pts patch notes i believe it said it was going to work as a food now and mentioned green pact as a example
Might double check me doing this from memory
