Ugly health bar issue

All right, despite the Amazon issue, could anyone tell me how to fix the ugly health bar problem? Not just the health bar, the disappearance animation looks the same, too. It works well on my laptop but not on my desktop. GPU is GTX660Ti.

I have the same issue! Running a GTX770. It's kind of driving me crazy, don't want to have to do a full repair. Any suggestions?

only thing i could think of would be make sure your nvidia drivers are up to date and check that all the settings in Nvidia control panel under Manage 3d settings are set to default / application controlled.
here are my settings (GTX460 Ti) i have no issues:

what you cant see:
triple buffering - off
Vsynch - app controlled

not a guaranteed fix , just something to check anyways

Yep! Updated drivers last night and everything was working magically!
