Hi, I can't redeem the code I got when I picked up my physical Imperial Edition today. I was told that I needed to set up my billing/subscription but there is no "manage subscription" tab in My Account. Please help.
This is unacceptable. Nothing was stated when I pre-purchased the game to this effect. Furthermore, the producers are responsible for setting up the distribution, not the actual retailer. If there is a hitch with the retailer, the producers should know and at least warn the customer.
