Physical Imperial Edition Damaged Statue

Did any one else have issues with their Molag Bol statue being damaged? One of his arms was broken off. I preordred at Best Buy and not sure if I should contact them or what I'm just curious to see if any one else had this issue.

    contact the store and see what can be done. Also let Zenimax know about the problem

    Same issue here, except mine had the mace broken off. Contacted Zenimax and got a generic response that had nothing to do with the issue, so replied and waiting for a response to that.

    I too have a broken Mace - pre-ordered mine from Game in UK (the only seller of it over here)

    You need to contact the retailer you purchased from. I had the same issue with the mace on the statue being broken just below the hand. Purchased from GAME.co.uk so contacted their customer support and they arranged a return adn replacement, I just have to wait now for my parcel to be returned to them before they send out a replacement.

    Are you returning the whole thing - I'm not sure I want to do that in case they run out as seems to have happened in the US. But I doubt I have much choice as I can't even use the game key they gave me in the box so I basically have a pretty book and nothing else for my £90.

    Did they give any indication as to how long after they receive your return before they will be able to have ESO provide them with one to ship to you? I am asking since they were produced in limited numbers it would seem that ESO might have to have more manufactured?
    Magic is impressive but now Minsc leads SWORDS FOR EVERYONE!!

    I returned the full product, the GAME customer support rep told me that once they receive my return they'll immediately process it and then send out the replacement. I do intend to contact them again on Monday to verify everything once more, just to be certain! ;)

    Really poor packaging on best buy's end and they ran all out of the Collector's Edition. The packaging is dented so bad it looks like it was opened it and dropped a few times. I'm done with Best Buy. I imagine the majority of people who ordered from them got a broken product.

    I was just supremely disappointed that my 'statue' was just some cheap-ass plastic figurine. I was expecting a STATUE, you know, like it says on the damn box?

    Finally got ahold of Best Buy and they told me to contact the main company. Anyone have any idea on where to contact Zenimax/Bethesda?

    Contact gamingheads: see other threads for info. They've assured me that they will be correcting the situation (enough that I finally redeemed my codes), but need a week to determine the extent of work required. That means you telling them you're in the affected group.
