My Imperial Edition - Damaged, poorly made.

The cardboard part, which holds the book came torn on the right side, as it someone just "dumped" the book in there with no care. Also, Molag Bal doesn't fit in his base and I'm not going to force it. I've emailed customerservice@gamingheads.com with no response...

    I bought it from "GAME", a U.K. retailer.

    My imperial edition wasn't poorly made. Everything was in perfect condition when I opened it.

    So. I got a reply from gaming heads. Probably the most patronising response I've received from a business... They sent me a video of how to put the statue together. Not addressing the fact that IT DOESN'T FIT! >.> As for the damaged box, they can't help as they didn't make the box, only the statue..

    Well, with any mass produced product, there are sometimes going to be a small number of defects. The thing is, EVERYONE that got a set that had something wrong with it is going to post here, while the ones where everything is fine probably won't.

    There should be an official procedure with whatever retailer you used to exchange something that is defective (damaged box/etc). I was just trying to point out, that there is nothing inherently "wrong" with the imperial edition.

    What's this supposed to mean? The launch of this game has been very smooth by MMO standards, and there have been relatively few issues. MMO's are HUGE, complex games, and there are bound to be some problems. But the problems are minor compared to other MMO's. Heck, I encountered more problems in WOW, in patch 5.4 (keep in mind, after the game had been out for over 9 years), than I did in this game on launch day.

    The card part that held the book was torn as if customs had ransacked it, and the part holding molag (disposable surrounding material) was badly cracked but neither matters as the products themselves were in perfect condition.

    He does fit in his base, have more faith in the princes flexibility. I had concerns too, but he can take it.
