✭✭✭There are some caves and locations in Murkmire which do not have map icons, it might be one of those locations. One is northeast of the Blackrose Prison wayshrine. Another is that xanmeer by Root Whisper village. There are probably others. Then you have the north central part of the map which is not marked apart from the Teeth of Sithis delve. It might be in that area somewhere.

Tib✭✭✭It's at that striking locale, Xinchei Konu monument. Northeast of Lilmoth. You can see a round stone relief on the ground in the middle of that place when you go there.
