Apparent loss of color - only for one character

Been playing since beta. Also in 5-day early access. Shortly after game went live I was in a dungeon when the screen went nearly all black, but not completely black. Couldn't see to find my way out of dungeon so used wayshrine to get out. Turned gamma up all the way and I can barely see anything and all colors seem to be shades of blue and black. Played with all the graphics setting including reset to defaults. Repaired game (multiple times). Uninstalled game, deleted folder and redownloaded (ugh! 22GB). No change. All other games/graphics on my computer are working fine. For a test this morning I created another character. Colors are fine on the new character but still broken on my original level 15 character. Any hope of not deleting and starting over?

Windows 7 64-bit
AMD Radeon HD 7900 series, 3GB video RAM, Catalyst version 13.12

Have you tried /reloadui, /stuck and porting just to test the obvious?

Edit: why was the redownload only 22GB? Think my installs around about 31GB.
Edit2: try doing a emote like /sitchair. I know it sounds silly but in the cold harbour quest where you turn ghost like, if you do an emote like /sitchair, the game kicks your toon back to solid form and all the companions, worth a shot.

Thanks for your suggestions, Loxy37. I had tried porting to no effect, but had not tried /reloadui, /stuck, or /sitchair. Just tried those now with no change.

Because this only affects 1 character I suspect it is something saved in the per-character settings and/or save file. When I tried uninstalling/re-installing I just made sure the main directory under "Programs files" was gone. Seems like I read somewhere there is a folder under "Documents" that contains some other settings/files but I haven't yet found it.

Just found the folder: Documents -> Elder Scrolls Online -> live
