Isn't it interesting that when @ZOS introduces set that disables healing, shields aka the only effective defense against it gets heavily nerfed to? Nah... Impossible. They wouldn't do that.
"We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available."
— They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

    This patch is more like:
    • Fixed an issue where light armor users had the means to prevent some damage.
    • Fixed an issue where medium armor users had the means to evade attacks.
    • Fixed an issue where heavy armor users could be killed. (Resistance on shields is a buff for HA, and crit doesn't outmatch 50% damage reduction from resistances)
    • Fixed an issue where anyone could heal damage taken in PvP.

I think ZOS wants fights to last 10s or less. I don't mind actually. Who wants to spend 10 minutes trying to kill a tank or healbot?
    Bosmer Stamina NB
    Altmer Magicka TEMP
Dunmer DK both stam/mag (depends what I feel like)
    Altmer Magicka NB
    Breton Magicka Sorc
    Redguard Stam Sorc
    Max CP

Tanks are getting buffed and becoming even more unkillable due to the shield changes. Unlike light armor users, they have access to the only counter to Soldier of Anguish and said counter is better than before for tanks due to resistances applying.

Sure, Soldier of Anguish is gonna kill those annoying tank trolls that survive 1vs15 and that's good, but then it's going to be the most broken nonsense in every other context. Even more so in no-CP environments where heals are weaker, whereas SoA is the same in the CP and no-CP.

Looking forward to seeing how that magicka version of bone pirate + shacklebreaker + chudan/bloodspawn/or 1 pce chudan 1 pce pirate skele works out. Gonna be interesting. Frost staff too.
