Can't find my explorer pack's item

Hi there, I recently pre-ordered a boxed copy of the game, with a 3 day anticipated access. I entered the code I was given to access, but I did not recieve my Explorer pack's item. Is it normal ?

That's what I was told the code I registered would give me. So far I only had a monkey pet, 3 day early game access, and I could play in any alliance with my nord. But I don't have any map mailed to me0 -
KracsNZ✭✭Did you purchase through ESO site or 3rd party (i.e. Greenmangaming etc...). Folks in my guild who purchased via ESO have them already, others including myself don't. Heard that we get them at go-live, but not sure.0

The vanity items and maps will be sent to you in game when you enter the full release key you get from your retailer on 4-4-14.Words contained in posts, at which point I stop reading and will not respond...

Pets (when referring to summoned Daedra) / Any verbiage to express slang (ie, ending in uz,az,..) / Soul Stone
