Slow Installer speed?

I'm having a odd time trying to download the game, My internet is 400Mbps down / 20 Mbps up so I should be up to around 40-50 MB/s however the launcher is only pulling 8-9 MB/s.. I have tried stopping the download, changing the download speed via launcher... Not sure what else is causing this.

Other games and applications run perfectly fine. Anyone have any idea?

Nope, but happening to me too.... I have satellite, usually pull 350kbps, today getting between 40 and 54kbps, though email and browser are working normally.

Edited to add: power-cycling modem and router a second time cleared it up thankfully.
