I'm having a odd time trying to download the game, My internet is 400Mbps down / 20 Mbps up so I should be up to around 40-50 MB/s however the launcher is only pulling 8-9 MB/s.. I have tried stopping the download, changing the download speed via launcher... Not sure what else is causing this.
Other games and applications run perfectly fine. Anyone have any idea?

✭✭✭✭✭Nope, but happening to me too.... I have satellite, usually pull 350kbps, today getting between 40 and 54kbps, though email and browser are working normally.
Edited to add: power-cycling modem and router a second time cleared it up thankfully.Edited by Sylvermynx on September 24, 2018 1:13PM0
