Just finished leveling mine and I can run faster than my slow mount, and this is without extra print gear etc
Just from the Passive, Prisoner's Rag 50% reduced sprint and using the Swiftness Skill0 -

Major expedition gives 30%
Swift gives 8-10% depending on quality
Stam sorc gets minor expedition.
Medium gives 3% sprint speed per medium piece.
Mix and match until 100%PS4 EU DC
