I submitted a feedback this morning and the 'case number', or whatever it is called, indicates to me the possibility that 15,000 things had been submitted already today. Since the start of Early Access, it would not surprise me to learn that they have over 1 million in-game feedback and bug reports to sift through.
I can't see how they can keep up with a flood like that. Just going through and eliminating the duplicates could take all the staff they have all day and still not make a dent. It is unlikely that they have linguistic analysis support to help them, either.
As a player, you have to realize that, at this moment, Customer Service is so swamped that even if you could submit a bug, it might be weeks before anyone looked at it, only to determine that thousands had already reported it.
