wierd, i had 2 psijic crates and nightmare senche and red psijic horse from preorder ce summerset, crates and stuff from morrowind ce preorder, and 30 crates from twitch
Same happened to me OP. I would love to have the mount on my home server but never considered an appeal to CS because I feel like it’s a non issue to them. If for some reason they move it for you please post back so we know.

as an eu player i did go the the na server for the summerfall thing, and see i can open crates . and thought why not so opened the crates on the na server and got this

This lends more weight to the theory that apex and radiant apex mounts are more likely to drop on new accounts or accounts with little play time.

My luck is that I'm yet to see any in-game cockroaches. I'd have to stop playing (or do some desensitization).
I just went on EU from NA to get the achievement and opened mine.
I got it TWICE.

Then I put in the required information and described what had happened, woke up, saw I got an e-mail from the support team, read it saying they don't normally do it, but they'd make an exception.
