Legacy server / Murkmire opt-out

Like many others, I'm disgusted with the shield change which in reality takes longer than 1 sec to cast and is a killer not only sorcs but other light-armor magicka classes in both PvP and PvE. The new content and upgrades don't make up for this (i.e.: Murkmire in its totality is a downgrade).
I call on ZOS, if they intend to go forward with this shield cast time nonsense, to provide a "legacy server" where those who would otherwise quit or go full free-to-play can "opt out" of the Murkmire downgrade and play the game the way it was before it was ruined.

Also, damage will be mitigated by armor before Shields, so your Shields will last longer and you won't need to stack, unless you wanna run naked.
