Cannot access Weapon Skills sub-forum

Since early access started I have not been able to access weapon skills sub-forum. I get the top bar that has categories, mark all viewed, ect.. and the side bar that has discussions, but no threads show up. Just a blank slate. I have tried to access it on Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. I've tried all add-ons disabled, enabled, 3 different computers.

So far I have sent a ticket in, posted 2 threads on it, and haven't received a response or even just an acknowledgement yet.
Has anyone else not been able to get into the sub-forum?
