Have been charged for free 30 days of gameplay

Hello,
yesterday i've redeemed my standard edition key and selected my payment method. It was clearly written that it would be 0.00 euros (since we got 30 free days for buying the game itself) but i got charged full price. I read that it's only a confirmation and i will get the money back as soon as possible but it's 24 hours already and i havent got my money back. Please sort this out, i wasn't ready for this inconvenience. I need that pending money back.

Radaknem✭My bank released the authorization hold after 2 days. I've seen people say its taken as little as 20 mins for their auth holds to be removed so I assume it varies from bank to bank.0 -

darkkterror_ESO✭✭✭The pending charge will drop whenever the authorization process is complete. How long this takes is probably up to your bank or credit card issuer and how they handle temporary authorizations. I highly doubt there's anything ZOS can do to speed up the process at this point. The temp auth has already hit the bank/card issuer so it falls to their system to clear it.0
