Well english is not my native Language so can someone of you guys create an online Petition for that issue?

Also i would suggest people who feel offended by this issue against the EU laws of fair trading to report it to the police and report it to the office of fair trading of his/her country. Most of that can be done online in nearly all countrys in EU.

Also when you got charged write them an email where you want your money transfered back to your Bank Account. They have to do that without question.

Just throwing this out there, as it has this right up front when you buy the game or on the back of boxes:
"Elder Scrolls Online account and subscription are required to play"

Subscription implies a payment. There is nothing illegal going on and no one is tricking you, this is pretty standard fare for a MMO.

Sorry i need to disagree on that, the first 30 days are free the problem is not that you create an subscription the problem is they charge you from the start to do so when you don't use credit card, else you cant play the game. i can say atleast that's illegal in germany. Same goes for nearly every other EU Country, even when you accept that for yourself, it's still questionable kind of business and so people who feel offended have the rights given by their laws and countrys to act against it. You will see next week some big news and reporters will jump on this matter since people who know their rights and make use of them will act.

Zenimax is American company so we cant even wait them to go easy by EU laws, they may make changes later if there comes enought noice so EU council may give atention to this agreement matter but what things are now you accept it or decline and don't play, but if you are so afraid of credit card infromation you should definetly use paypal to these things.

Well i can say you this:
The Victim in this for eu Laws illegal Business is in Germany, britain, France etc.
in this case the laws where the victim is apply. SO it doesnt matter if Zenimaxx is American, Chinese, Netherland or Australian and where their Headquarters are. The laws of trade and fair trade of the country where the Victim and Trade apply. In this cases Zenimaxx has to respect the law or lose their license also the rights to do business in that manner. Those things already often happened for some MMO Companys, they learned their lesson seems Zenimaxx didn't do their homework.

Yep guys you can act, the law is on your side, and Zenimaxx either bow and respect the laws or will have problems cause the office of fair trade will do the lawsuits for us in every country.

This is a beaten horse. They don't charge you for the "free 30 days," they simply verify that the account and card you put in have funds and work. Why they do $15 instead of $1 (for us Americans) to verify the account, I'll never know. It's strange you can't just use prepaid cards to pay for your account right out of the gate, though I have yet to see any prepaid cards in a store.
