I'm seeing some massive lag spikes on the North American servers today. Yesterday was pretty smooth aside from a minor lag spike here and there, but it's bad today. Delays on using my skills, enemies teleporting behind me, and so on. Latency / ping tests are all good and I'm not having issues elsewhere, so that kind of narrows it down.

This is really killing my ability to do, well, anything in-game right now. With this only being early release and not even full release yet, I'm a bit worried about server stability. Every MMO usually has these issues at launch, but with all the stress testing that was done I was hoping we wouldn't be sitting here with lag before the game has even officially released.
