Synergies that generate CC immunity for the user. Would vastly empower small group pvp dynamics.
Synergies that initiate targeted gap closers (or pulls) could have unique opportunities in many pve situations.
Synergies that hits a single target with an offensive purge, Negate-style.
Synergies that generate free block for a duration (likely tied to Sword + Board ulti, ala old Magma Armor?)
Synergies that generate spell projectile reflection.
I've personally been a fan of the idea of Minor/Major buffs and corresponding debuffs to specific damage types. For instance like:
Major / Minor Conduction: Increase your Shock Damage dealt by x/y %.

Just asking as I seen people mention a lack of way to support teammates as a big diversity issue in gameplay experiences. So do you guys think we have enough buffs, synerigies, or debuffs in the game? If not what would you like to see?

What I would like to see is for them to add an actual support role to group content. That way builds can actually specialize in support.
But that's probably not going to happen.
Anyway, synergies would probably be used more if they were automatically applied instead of only existing in a small window of opportunity. Debuffs like slow, paralyze, addle, silence, sleep etc.: these are all debilitating support spells other RPG games have this one lacks. So those could be included to help make combat more interesting..

I know you are blowing off steam, but this is interesting what if it could delay one shots from monsters?
