Dear ZOS, hire players of every class and let them talk to devs often *in person*

Instead of just enabling weapon skills on 3rd bar you choose to remove it.
Do you realize/care how many magsorc builds you ruin and how much it hurts the class?

Hire high-end players of every class (PvE and PvP) and let them talk to devs often.
They should be not testers but end-users.
You'll get more satisfied clients and more money in return.

We have class reps ... And they try to cater for everyone ... High class players ... Regular players, casuals ... The thing isany players feel more time they put the more power that should have over new players ... This is the worst thing for bringing in new blood PvP need to have a way so new palysrs are not discouraged ... And don't say play in lower level campaigns ... We know that cyrodil doesnt work that way

So we have to find ways to balance and level ... That being said ...

Those balances shouldn't come at a cost to pve players

Personally I think PvP should have 2 of each heavy, medium and light armours

1 for magic one for stamina ...

No procs just a simple cyrodil war set

Then it's it's just about balancing the skills and then let CP allocation and knowledge separate the players ... Cos if you stay long enough your CP will be level with everyone's eventually

It's a decent thought, until you say high end players.

Most people never realize that end game raiders/high end players normally make up less thatn 1% of the player population. These changes are designed to balance stuff in PvE for the other 99% of the player base. If it breaks PvP it's not an issue since PvP is really just and add on game play style for games like this.

Probably I should have said "medium to max CP players". Will update.
I used to be an adventurer like you, then I got the ESO on my hard drive...

Having all weapon skills enabled would be op. Enabling last weapon equiped would be better. Bar removal anoyed me too even if i dont play sorc a lot.

Why is that would be op? Switching to and from the 3-rd bar is not that smooth.

Everything they need to know is right here on their own forums. Ditto Youtube, Twitch, etc. If they wanted that information they would already have it; anything else is just theatrics.

There's too much trolling and hysteria on the forums. And people generally come to the forums to rant and complain, so they don't tend to get very balanced feedback on issues.

Believe it or not, those folks that come to this forum to rant and complain generally are the players who give a damn about the longevity of said game. These are forums to discuss various topics. Those can be happy unicorns and rainbows or the dark underbelly of MMOs. Alot of what is posted I'm sure most of us would love a developer to take notice of. I do care about the longevity of any MMO I'm playing and the developers make *** decisions I feel it's my right as a paying customer to call then out on it. If I don't and they serve me a another heaping spoonful of shite I have no one but myself to blame for not voicing my opinion. With that I said I feel ZOS could get a huge deal ofpositive feedback from forums if they would just open their eyes and ears. When players tell you magdens are pulling crap DPS and you nerf bear damage and increase another dps abilities spell costs..that tells me they're not listening..their heads up their delvehole.

Most of on these forum users give a damn about the game or we wouldnt be wasting our breath.

That'll be why they quit at the first hint of an update they don't like then!

Sorry I don't believe that. I personally have been through years of crappy updates with this company and over 4 yrs later I'm still here. Many i felt were large enough they could have easily pushed me away. When I start seeing bad moves by ZOS that can hurt the game I love to play I come here and let them have it. They can take my 20+ yrs of MMO advice or not but at least I put it out there. I think a lot of forum goers are MMO vets and those of us that are know not to flee totally on a new patch since the next could change everything back again.

I have no doubt those who manage to find these forums are some of the more hard-core fans. My point is that they will always hear about complaints, and rarely about what works well. Magicka shields were fine, perhaps a bit lacking in duration, but they were certainly not making my life as a solo magsorc TOO easy. If anything, they just made it survivable. Perhaps I should have posted more often, encouraging notes to ZOS like, "Hey, thanks for letting Hardened Ward save my life 80 times today!"...

You have a good point there. Sometimes I wonder if we could all do a bit better encouraging ZOS more when things are actually working and done right and not just posting the negative. I definitely know I'm guilty of it. I normally lurk, drop a comment here or there on something that catches my attention, but I tend to be way more vocal when I feel they just flat out drop the ball (Like the updates to my Magden).

The Class Representative System gives the illusion that players are represented and that these representatives are being heard. Otherwise, I wonder who is responsible for the current mess in the PTS.
