11 million over three formats and two servers for each with popular zones having multiple created instances.I really don't believe those numbers. If we were really 11 million players then the zones would be pretty crowded. I only find at most 6 people concurrently.

People really need to learn the difference between players(active?) and copies sold, it's like if someone came and said hey GTA 5 has like 80+ million players, while probably a high % of the players who bought those copies stopped playing shortly after release.
And in the case of ESO while I don't think it's dying or anything like that , I gotta be honest and say that I saw way more people in cities, maps, basically everywhere in the period shortly after the 1 Tamriel update compared to what I see now.
