Life's too short to get this worked up over what is essentially a minor issue. And yes I consider this a minor issue in comparison to the problems others are having just trying to log in and play.

of course there is 29 days left after you enter the code, 1 second later you have 29 days, 23 hours, 59 seconds remaining, grow up stop wasting your precious time whinging on the forum and play the game, other people have issues that are stopping their playing, your issue is pathetic!

For everyone who was waiting until after the extended early access to choose a subscription, what's your billing date? Is it the 4th or the 6th? Did you gain two extra free days out of it? Check your account for the date.

    It's important.

Well nobody responded so I'll update what happened after I submitted my two tickets: they gave me three free days:

    The email I received:
    Greetings ******,

    Thank you for your request.

I added 3 additional days of game time to your account so that you still get the benefits of the Grace Period.

I hope that I could help and that you have a great time playing the game.

Please just let us know if you have any further questions or issues.

    Kind regards

    Marc

That was after I replied to the first ticket asking them to "please escalate my ticket or I cancel my subscription". I was so annoyed then and moreso after that one CSR told me that the two day early access was over.

I want to know what the billing date is for those who waited until extended early access was over before choosing a subscription, the ones who anticipated losing those extra days.

Wasnt the extra days for people who did not get their boxes in time or whatever? If you had no problems why would you expect to be given extra days?

That's not what one CSR said (bolded by me):
"Response By Email (DeJuan) (04/03/2014 04:10 PM)
    Greetings!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team.

The Grace Period is an extension of free play for, roughly, an additional 48 hours for all players that pre-ordered or pre-purchasedThe Elder Scrolls Online. We are granting additional free game-time to these players for their patience throughout the various maintenance windows that we experienced as we readied for launch day.

Thank you for your continued interest and support!

    Warm Regards,
    The Elder Scrolls Online Team"

But it was also for people who didn't get their boxes. The announcement said in a bit more detail (bolded and italicized by me):
We want all of you to know that everyone who was part of Early Access will be granted an extended grace period until Sunday at 8AM EDT/12PM (noon) GMT before being required to transition your account to live. This will cover those who purchased ESO from an online retailer and won't be getting your box shipped in time and also gives anyone in Early Access who purchased digitally more Early Access time.

but those of us who entered our subscription info before those two days were over apparently lost those days. Some anticipated it and waited and that was smart on their part, but I didn't anticipate it. I got my codes via email and set everything up right away. I wrongly figured since early access was extended by two days I had two days until my included 30 days started counting down.

(unfortunately those two days didn't cover many who bought the box version. It did at least let them play two more days for free though)

Remember that early access time = free time above and beyond our first 30 day included subscription. Extended it by two days = giving us two free days, like the CSR said, and the bolded last sentence of the announcement covers giving early access players more time to make up for extended downtime experienced (I think one day was like 14 hours straight downtime alone).

Summary: early access players were given two free days because of the downtime during early access, but those that entered their subscription info before those two free days were over lost those days, I'm sure through simple oversight.

(sorry for tl;dr but I want to explain more fully what happened)
