Please read and help choosing a class for PvE DPS given all the coming changes.

So, I don't have much time to develop and experiment with multiple classes.
Long time I've been enjoying playing Altmer magsorc (740 CP now). I often play solo, but I also love to DPS in group dungeons very much, although it's usually PUG, for again, I don't have the luxury of time to play it multiple hours every day, and it's hard for me to group with who I want when I want.
Just in case if I'll not be able to adjust and enjoy playing the same way after the next patch, please advice me which of my existing characters I'd better continue with, to have nice experience playing hard PvE content in groups as DPS (maybe tank some day), playing not-so-hard content solo (like WB), to have VMA doable, and to be able to play IC some day (if possible).
Given all the coming changes and my around 740 CP.
I wouldn't like to roll a new character if it isn't really needed.
If you vote #4, please specify what class to roll.
