    For real though, how do people see the cast time on shields a Sorc nerf only? I can’t predict bad players in pugs that’s why my magtemp healer uses a shield. It’s purely reactive, purely pve, and absolutely necessary

    Pffft.... I play without my cloak and do just fine... The only problem is a sorc cant roll 8-9 times in a row.
