So i have a double frustration, i purchased the digital version imperial edition and got email inviting to beta test in march
I successfully loaded the client in march redeemed my beta code created an account and logged in to try over that weekend (as a realtor with my own office in new york i have limited time on the weekends) but i managed
now its launched, i opened the original client assuming it would update, saw the message about billing info update required within the next 30 days, hit it and went to my account page, logged in successfully but there were no prompts and i could not find a way to alter anything but my password, email address and i think that was it
i went back to the client (which had saved my account name and it matched what i saw on my account page from accessing the link as well) and attempted to log in, i've not been able to, i just get a message my account name and password failed. odd i thought since it worked to log in to the account but not on the client
i downloaded the pc client and reinstalled, same problem could not log in to either client, my account says "beta access" same as before so i checked back in my email since beta and no new code has been provided so i cannot redeem a new code
I then changed my password but again to no avail, i can log on to my account on the website but not the client
So i'm pretty much stuck, i sent an email to customer service at about 10am confirmed my email about ten times since then (i've had multiple emails asking me to, i have each time mostly being told its confirmed already)
I am exceedingly frustrated EXCEEDINGLY i only get one day off a week, a day i work from home but i thought i might get logged in and get my extras and account billing taken care of at least! i'll hope to hear from someone with assistance here or cust service in the next year i guess...i don't know what i'm to do maybe tomorrow i'll delete the client redownload it newly and try again..suggestions? anyone else run into this and have a solution?
