Polar Wind nerf :(

Polar Wind does no more damage scaling from Health. So one of the few options to do a bit of dmg as Warden dungeon tank is gone. So why the warden tank nerf? Shouldn't we have some other tanking options than dk? This really doesn't help warden tanks.
