I haven't lost any items, but my issue is related. I logged in today for the second time to do some more quests, and I lost the two bank upgrades I had bought (about 4200 gold total cost). All 20 items were unceremoniously dumped on my current character's inventory, but at least I didn't lose any.
However, I got no refund for the gold I spent upgrading the bank, and I'd really like to get my bank slots back. Already sent a ticket in-game and writing here as well hoping to get either the gold (so I can rebuy the slots), or the two bank upgrades themselves.
Very frustrated right now.

Same over here. Did not yet (even) receive a mail for my bug ticket. Don't know how to advance. To get the slot back will be one thing but what about the lost playing time? I don't know yet how to work around these missing 20 slots and my bank deposited gold.
