Bring back Maelstorm/Master weapons second set bonus

Remember when Maelstorm and Master weapons had a second set bonus, or rather had it embeded in their enchantment, until one day they were nefted cause whey were overperforming...
Well now the new perfected weapons have second set bonus, giving a nice indirect neft to the other ability altering weapons. I love the consistency of this game.

I really thought this would be in the Murkmire patch notes, very surprised that it is not. Clearly the lack of a stat bonus was identified as a problem for arena weapons, but it was only fixed for the ones from Blackrose. Hopefully we’ll get this before it goes live.
