Should Mounted speed be increased ?

    No!
I don't even use rapids outside of Cyrodiil because otherwise I can barely enjoy the scenery.

And outside of Cyrodiil there's really no need to get *that* fast anywhere.

Many of the rigs could not handle increased speed, thus no.
While running at full speed with rapids sometimes need to slow down to prevent graphics choking / loading screens.
With incr. speed that would be more often thus less playable.

    Other, please explain.
Would not mind a small bump, say 10%. I would rather have the system reworked for new Alt's however. Its just painful upping them.

Eventually Zos will likely increase mount speed but will make it ungodly expensive and even more time consuming to push people to buy a new training pack from the cash shop.

    Enjoy.

I will enjoy extra mounted speed, thanks! :)
Sure, ZOS can make money from this as they always have with almost all features of the game.

I do hope that when ZOS will increase mounted speed they won't make the higher end points of riding skill speed harder to get, but only same like now or even easier, 20 hours cooldown per 1 point training.
I have no issue with the idea that players who want to skip this process will use horse riding skill training scrolls from the crown store(as some are doing now, it is merely a convenience feature).

No, it would just become another lag issue for everyone to complain about.

    Probably not.
There won't be more lag issues if ZOS will make the necessary server adjustments to keep up with players increased mounted speed.

Mounted speed should be buffed by swift jewelry. That would be enough of a change. Not sure why this doesn’t work currently, seems like a bug.

swift increases 'your' speed, not speed of 'your mount', but sure would be nice side bonus xD

I'd rather have them increase the base speed and top speed accordingly. Just started leveling up a new toon and forgot how SLOOOOOOOW the base speed is. Almost faster to walk on foot
