Have this (see photo) every time I log in. No interface. Nothing I can do and then the screen goes black.


Please help as game is unplayable...

    Do you have any add-ons? If you do go to Add-ons and press the reload UI button. Or just type /reloadui (I think)

    you dont have the time to type reload i have the same issue and a friend of mine also got the issue i believe its also the same gate i see in your picture
    hope they fix it i dont want to lose my char

    Nope no addons at all. Rediculous and support arent even reading what I write to them. there only reply is "try typing reload UI" pathetic...

    Happy to take our money and our Monthly charge but offer no kind of support at all.

    That error looks like corrupted game files or configuration, or an addon that is interfering with the built-in scripts. Remove all addons, run a repair and if that doesn't fix it contact Support who can probably tell you how to erase the game configuration and zap the busted value.

    You might also run your HDD through the vendor's test tool and clean up any bad sectors, in case the configuration data got eaten by a dead sector.

    Same problem here and no response from support for hours.
    And on top of that it is at the same place on map, transition between Malabal Tor and Greenshade.
    And it has nothing to do with drivers, d3d, addons and so on.
    I have no problems on playing on other chars, even after that bug appeared.
    In any case before that the transition to Greenshade from the other side was bugged aswell. So basically me, the op's char and most probably others are stuck between two zones plain and simple.
    And all that because in this situation the client fails to decide which zone chat to load and thus the UI goes nuts
