Ive continually tried to log into the game, yet I get the same error. I know that on these forums, it says that the lobby is either down or clogged, but surely after nearly an entire day this should have cleared up. I would really love to get playing, so if anyone has any suggestions or solutions, please say.

    Also : I did not have to port-forward during the beta and should not have to now. I've also tried that as of now to no avail.

    I had early access and have been trying for the past several days. I find it terribly frustrating to the point of pulling what little hair I have left. I have not been able to log in to the server and yet I guess others have. Support tells me to "keep trying" after 10 minutes, well that hasn't worked so far and I also am told that they will assume the problem is fixed if they haven't heard from me in 120 hours.
    Comments, suggestions?

    When does our 30 days of gametime begin? Hopefully this is not being counted against us, bad enough we lost all early access, that seems like a joke now. Refund comes to mind.

    Same problem here, but can still get in game going to eso.exe file in game files. What's weird is the sticky says 301 is an error EU players...I'm in NA.

    I'm also on NA...no luck today either. Way beyond frustration. Not sure I understand how you get in by going to eso.exe. When I try to find that file it only points to the launcher, then the 301 code again.

    Hi there, everyone. Just to confirm, have you tried temporarily disabling your firewall and anti-virus protection? They may be interfering with your ability to log into the game. If you're unable to fully disable your anti-virus/firewall, be sure to add “bethesda.net_launcher” and “eso.exe” into your firewall exceptions. Please let us know if you're still encountering any issues.

    Yes Jason, disabled anti-virus and firewall. Opened ports, updated all drivers, rebooted computer, activated account subscription, and after 4 days still looking at error 301. Absurd

    I'm having the same problem and the CS keeps giving me this same information, each time I have to reply saying nope, still nothing or the ticket is just classed as resolved. I paid AU$119.95 and had to wait over 12 hours to download the game and now I can't even log in... yet my "30 free days" is ticking down, on 28 now even though I haven't done anything

    Well, I'm letting Visa and them fight it out. Calling my c.c. people tomorrow. They will issue me a credit and then get in touch with customer service. You pay for something it should at least work as advertised. Six days is not acceptable.

    I fix it just changed port for the cable on my router. I used one for a TV before...
