I find daedra worship completely irrational. It yields almost no benefits while the risks for consorting with daedra are enormous. Yet somehow, entire civilizations engage in it.

His destructive tendencies or inner evil seem just like the right kind for me. I also think must of been a bosmer in a different life. All things make sense this way.1
