I remember the last IC event had the servers bursting. But for some reason very few seem to be participating I don't PVP so without a big group I'm easy pickings for all the hardcore PVP players. Since the event starting I've only been in 3 groups. Why is the event not as popular as it was last time?
If you get 2x tel var for each boss you kill
And you lose half of it when you die
And every time you die you bank your tel var
Then this event is basically allowing PvE players to get the regular amount of tel var they would get as if it was a normal time period and they didn’t lose any for dying.
That being said, it’s fun to wipe 30+ with 4-6 people.

And right there is where PVP ends.
Those 30+ PVEers log out for the night and the server is empty again.
And your 4-6 people have to find pvp elsewhere.
Its just a bad design around tel-var thievery. No event will help IC.
A redesign is required.

I assume you weren’t around when it was 80%
The loss rate is ridiculous and prohibitive to most pve players and even many half decent pvp'ers.
Unless you're a very competent pvp player or run in a pvp experienced group you will usually end up with LESS Tel Var during these events than at any other time of year!

I think people need to realize IC was a PvP DLC. Like how is that not getting through to y’all?

Went down yesterday with a fellow imp physique stamblade for a mag/stamblade combo and we racked about 250k in 2 1/2 hours. These pvp zone events are like Christmas for pvpers with the stale cyrodill gameplay for 4+ years and the BG que being broken for high MMR...ZOS? Still haven’t heard anything on that...
I think some kind of neutral flag status would be necessary for noobs such as me.
For a fixed time, can buy this time for either gold or telvars, the flag grants immunity to all pvp activities there. Cannot harm anyone, no one can harm me. Can or cannot participate in killing monsters with other pvpers, and can e.g. receive only half the amount of telvars that usually drop for pvpers. Seems a fair way to increase population inside.
Wow. This is probably one of the most reasonable suggestions for PVE without PVP in IC I've ever seen. Honestly - well done!
