Kastav EMP bug

Was helping someone get emp in Kastav and it didnt crown we have all keep,resources, outpost for emp. It is his first time trying to get it and i feel bad that he wasted that time if its a bug. If any Game masters read this please get with me. Hoping they will make it right for him. @ZOS_GinaBruno

There's a minimum threshold of AP to get throned--I think it's 100k?

Hold everything, have him get another 20k and it should tick.

Is it possible that since these campaigns were added for the IC event, they disabled Emping to prevent people from abusing dead campaigns for easy Emp status?

Would it surprise me that zeni would do such a thing only to be lazy and not have to remove the emps once the event ends? No, but it would be very mean and stupid for them to do so..

Kastav PC EU same. We take every Keep but no EMP. Before was everything red, they was also no EMP.

The Alkosh campaign is experiencing the same problem in the xbox1 NA server. I have number 1 in leaderboard and all the required keeps with over 100k ap.

Same Xbox EU.

It's either a bug, or a stance which I would understand given the boosting and flipping that goes on in event campaigns but oddly just zero communication on it

Sadly, these campaigns are the only chance I ever stand at getting the emperor achievement.. Since I have a son, gf, job and RL, I don't stand a chance in the normal campaigns where people rack up 1 mil AP / day

Thats more than I am able to get in a month..

Hit on one reset, just time it and you only need 50k not millions.

@AboKor @ZOS_RyanM also went to support to be told to have him send pics that they would make it right. Just to get a reply from another person saying thanks for the pics we are working on it but we can’t give your friend the achievement nor costume and former title. Support has never once helped me in any way.

Given the fact that ZOS did not mention anywhere the fact that the EMP title can not be obtained
Given the fact that Gina immediately stipulated the fact that they do not know about such a bug
Given the fact that they strongly asked to send them screenshots.
Question:
Why and for what did we send screenshots? Spend ours time? To please the artistic tastes of ZOS?
And get the answer "wash off your face and walk pass away?"

Guys, it was turned off. They turned it back on, go flip the keeps and you will get Emp. Done.

Sorry not sure I understand what you are saying.

if you are still the top of the leaderboard, you just need the map to flip. so just keep fighting the whole campaign as it can now happen.

Assume you are still in the Top Ten? How is your alliance doing?

That's what they're likely taking issue with. They already did the work and then stopped, because of the bug for one.
The other pvp players probably didn't stop, either not knowing about the bug or not caring, and now they aren't at the top or able to easily flip keeps again.

It's a very frustrating unfair system that isn't so simple to do alone that they are telling them to repeat the work they did already and should have been rewarded for.
It's like asking somebody to pay for the game again when the game fails to download rather than checking available records should show the record of the purchase. They have record of the standings when the conditions for emperor were met so it should be an easy check.

And this is the first game I have ever heard of where rewards supposedly cannot be retroactively corrected either automatically or manually. I bet they can manually grant achievements but refuse to because it escalates it beyond the first support tier and that reflects poorly on customer support statistics and adds more work to the "boss" higher-ups who don't like that.
This is just lazy bad customer support or truly horrible designed customer support tools, simple as that. Somebody is not doing their job right which is causing others to not be able to do their jobs right.

Hey i'm all for calling out ZOS on bad Customer Support. I'm all for getting narked when things are wrong - i.e. HDR being broken for all consoles suddenly and struggling to get an update - thats bad service.

But applying retroactivly achivements etc, I'm really unsure on and I dont thinks a bad or lazy customer support - its their policy. Same for the guys that crashed in vMA for Flawless etc. And actually i'm ok with it as I think opening up for that would be wild fire and open to potential for cheating.

Additionally Emperor is a sensitive topic for PvPers, its not something that should be taken lightly. And my point is if these players got it before, they can get it again. Even now if they kept pushing. Sure its extra work - but that achivement is pinnacle of PVP should be work / effort!

Lastly - who on earth would want Emp just ticked off in their journal, what an anti-climaz - surely the point is to use it, to win the campaign for your alliance and drive the enemy back. It would feel VERY hollow just to have the email in your messages and thats it

I do hear the concern, but in this instance / this topic - I say just get it again, and gd luck doing so. If its Xbox i'll back you up.
