Maybe they should only allow to wear one Swift jewelry piece at the same time. It's too strong currently, especially if you combine it with snare imunity and speedpots.

Benefits bursty builds more than the rest. Those that already relied on fast movement speed to avoid damage, and already had enough burst to blow up a target and won't notice the loss of a few thousand max stat (since they were probably "overkilling" their target anyway).

Build that rely on steady damage for the kill will feel the loss of the max stat more.

So basically, Swift is a no-brainer for the "hit-and-run" burst builds, but a more difficult choice for builds like most Magplar or MagDK.

Ita bad for PVP, stamsorc are just abusing it all the way!
