Alinor Archway costs 2 Culanda. Bug or intended?

Alinor Archway, Timeworn costs 2 Culanda Laquer to craft. This is blue quality item. According to recent patch notes: "Reduced the cost in Culanda Lacquer to make Summerset High Elven furnishings for Fine and Superior items from 2 to 1. Artifact and Legendary items still require 2 Culanda Lacquer."
So, is this cost intended? I suppose this is bug, because the item is of Superior quality and should cost 1 Culanda Laquer as other similar quality items.
Where should I post a bug ticket?
P.S. Come on, was waiting for a week for someone to create post about this issue, and lo and behold, when I decided to do it myself, I find that someone finally did it before me xD

✭Someone else reported this and Gina replied that it would be "fixed in a future patch" and that was a month ago. Maybe it will get fixed when Murkmire comes out...PS4 NA

thanks, good to know ZOS was notified. Not so good that it hasn't been fixed (which seems like a 2-minute fix) yet0
