whether you get free crowns for eso plus or just buy crowns: crowns cost real money. I would NEVER buy ESO Plus were it not for the fact that a month of ESO+ is the same price as 1500 crowns and you get 1500 crowns with ESO Plus.
I buy ESO Plus when I need crowns for DLC.

and you sub for a craft bag that is essential for crafters because the caps opn space are too low making it more of a necessity. So basically ESO Plus is a scam
The worst part about it is every merchant in the game can repair your armor, oh except for the one you paid money for.
Every banker in the game you can sell items to your guild store with, and you can pay your guild dues, oh except for the one you paid money for....

And to be clear if a company wanting you to pay more for something makes them greedy then you wanting to pay less makes you greedy.
Would you do your job for less money, sell your goods a much lower price because people didn't want to pay for them? Unlikely.
This is more of a Rich people ruining things for everyone that isn't rich thing, which they do.
Nonsense. The game went B2P. Before, everyone had to pay $15/month to play. Now they can get the game for $10 during a sale and play to their heart's content.
"Rich people" help make that possible when they buy large sums of crowns to buy fancy housing, etc.

I said this same thing in another thread. Why pay for repairs when you can use Repair kits. Right now I have approx. 600+ in my bank. The worst part about it is every merchant in the game can repair your armor, oh except for the one you paid money for.

Why would anyone even use the repair function from a merchant is beyond me.
But sure, go ahead and pay 6x more for it than player repairs lmao. This argument always baffles me.
Wth is a Gucci boutique.. and why would anyone pay 700 for any clothes..jaschacasadiob16_ESO wrote: »Now please go to a Gucci boutique and tell them you ain't gonna pay that skirt 700€ but you would gladly get them 29.99€ for it.
All they have to do is add skins to them like the warden bear..
Because not everyone does 15 sets of writs per day and it's generally quicker than doing single repairs on 7 pieces.Easily_Lost wrote: »I said this same thing in another thread. No they are not. They are a luxury item. Thier is no need for them at all in the game. Such items should cost a premium. I would see them cost even more.

This is 100% backwards thinking and while I own them both...my reason was 10k crowns were gifted to me due to a ZOS error with ESO Plus.

As for spending gold for repairs? It's fast. And I have plenty of gold. If I'm out of Crown Repair kits on someone, it usually doesn't cost all that much in gold to get it done fast.
I think the largest repair bill I've had so far was ITN 50 gold. *shrug*
