[BUG] Desperate Souls Quest

The game has been "updated" twice and this still hasn't been fixed. The issue is trying to "crack" the Last-to-Water's Soul Crystal. Players get stuck and can't move forward with the quest's objective.
Please fix this.

I didn't see any bodies around when I was trying to do this yesterday, so maybe the UI cleaned up but the coding or something for the mob is still there? At any rate, I hope they fix it soon. I'm trying to quest my way to level 15 for that nice weapon swap ability. I've been trying to do this quest on and off for about 24 hours now. As a roleplayer, with a character who won't just run off and leave someone in trouble, that means I have effectively been unable to play my character for a day now.2
