Best option would be to wait for the Early Access extended grace period to end on Sunday and then enter your codes. That gives you an extra couple of days and hopefully also gives Zenimax a couple of days to work out some of the issues arising since official launch. That way, if you happen to get hit by any of those issues, you won't feel too angry at losing play time etc.
