Can't load onto character

So whenever I try and load onto my character, I get the message "character still in game". Try and create a new character-Same message. I previously got kicked from the game in Greenshade and now I can't get back in.

I presume it'll eventually time out at some point, but still, has this happened to anyone else?

Got exactly the same problem also got kicked from the game in Greenshade and now can't load in to my character anymore because of the same error

I contacted support and got this:

"Greetings!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. We apologize for any inconvenience that you are experiencing.

Once in a while, when a game client crash occurs, your character is not instantly disconnected. It is usually fixed by waiting a short while before logging back in.
Should the problem persist, please contact us again so that we can unblock your character. "

Guess I'll wait a bit then till my character times out, or whatever happens that means I can log back in.

Well i try nonstop login too.....i made SUCH A HUGE MISTAKE and thought by now zenimax would have cleared this greenshade disaster....i went back (-> FATAL MISTAKE!!) and wanted do the missing quests....got kicked.....now cant enter...cause char is still ingame message:///.... never trust again just follow ur intuition!

Yup, it would appear that if your character is in Greenshade then you will presented with a constant 332 Error, been an hour for me now. The most frustrating thing with is, it then prevents you from creating and alt so I'm stuck with a game I can't play.

I think my character is stuck in Greenshade aswell, logged out there and now cant get back in. I don't get an error message other than 'Unknown Error' and my character won't load.

Since I've played without problems up until now obviously confused as hell why I'm suddenly getting that message. So I made another character and logged into that one no problem...

So only conclusion is its specifically my main character that is the problem. It's been like this for over an hour now.

Hmm, you can make another? I asked zeni to unblock my character. I can't seem to make another.

I can relate to this... teleportet from the earthen forge to greenshade and now "An unknown error has occured"....

I've now been told to set to minimum. I made an alt and can't log in either. I'll see if set to minimum works.
It's taking forever to change settings though.
