HDR Broken on PS4 Since Wolfhunter Update Edit: HDR fixed

Rackdaniels✭✭✭Just came back from the Wrothgar and snow there still tastes like ash.Is this phenomen caused by:
A:Global warming
B:Global pollution
C:Volcanic eruption
D:ZOS not fixing the *** they broke

They were at that event with the Murkmire panel, that’s why they released the CS showcase early. Now it’s the weekend and Monday is a US holiday so I guess on Tuesday we might see an update on some of the bugs from the new update

Surely Zos has some people working in EU time zones too? This is a major game breaking problem, especially for people with colorblindness not to mention people that paid €1k+ on their setups to have the game look worse in 4K HDR than it does in 1080p non HDR1 -

upgrade to PCSay NO to Crown Crates. Crown Crates are Loot Boxes. Loot Boxes are gambling. Zenimax makes enough money off us.
ESO+ is part of the "Games as a service" trend. A trend that needs to die. Subscribe only when you need Crowns for DLC.
Say no to "radiant" junk quests replacing proper side content and the dumbing down of our favorite franchises.

Rackdaniels✭✭✭This is like considering to leave the *** job,you want to but you really can not until decision is made for you.ZOE just did it for me.Mostly I was worried how I can split time between ESO and new great games that are coming out this year.I am sad but relieved that I don’t have to choose anymore.I just refuse to keep driving with this two wheeled car cause I can drive with four wheels somewhere else.I will continue untill sub runs out but just to give my stuff for charity and those who will find use for it.No one cares I know but had to vent it out.Was a great ride untill it wasn’t.3

agree with this. Juste waiting the end of my eso+ and bye bye. OCTOBER => RDR2 !!!!

Yellow_Monolith✭✭✭✭✭I can hardly even see aoes on the ground since the update. I've even tried changing the colors of the aoes. 1/12 men are colorblind and 1/200 women. We should have gotten emergency maintenance to roll back the HDR to the way it was but as the game is now, its driving people away. I really really really hope ZOS will reconsider this. Why o why would you have a game that can look so good, look so terrible. At least consider using the HDR slider or add a slider so we can adjust the color saturation ourselves. And also make sure you bring back the HDR color depth as those special lighting effect were gorgeous and now just dull.

And also make sure you bring back the HDR color depth as those special lighting effect were gorgeous and now just dull.

Ikr. Watch the date of when this thread was created. (It was right after HDR was broke) That will show how long it took exactly for this to be fixed. Should be interesting1 -

Anyway, if you are experiencing washed out colors in Elder Scrolls Online currently, you could disable HDR in your console settings to have at least some color saturation.

Yep this is what I'm forced to do. Then have to renable it for games made by companies who actually QA test their updates, and give a damn about their customer's experience.
Imagine if Epic decide to make Fortnite look like desaturated garbage for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON and then said, "yeah, just how it is now, sorry. we'll check it out but there were some overly-colorful leaves we had to fix". The internet would melt down. But console players here are second-class citizens. Something tells me they probably regret even porting the game beyond pc.2 -

Krayl✭✭✭✭✭I've been accused of being a "ZOS apologist and fanboy" because I've defended them on these forums and others on numerous topics, because people don't seem to understand how a game studio works.
That being said, looks like they are making a fool of me because this is a huge issue they seem to not give a skeever's behind about.
