PVE AND PVP COMMUNITY!?!?

Hello everyone, i write this post because i noticed in this game the pve/pvp guilds often suffer from the lack of players and in my opinion it is not so normal that instead in the commercial guilds there are 50-80 players and practically in the trade guilds the GM usually not organize nothing and his only goal is to kick the players and take the percentage of all selling + bid 150-200k for the public trader every week.
I think this in the long run involves the worsening in the game pve/pvp of many players, who are no longer accustomed to challenges in the most difficult end games but are only concentrated in random groups, which most often do not know the real tactics , and always repeat the same trials to get the desired gear in that specific period.
I think Zenimax should completely split the trade guilds with the pve/pvp guilds, even if i do not know how, in addition implement weekly guild quests, such as craft quests, dungeons quests, trials quests, etc. with gifts to the same guild and players for who completes or wins them; only in this way can be formed a strong gaming community for me, at the moment too many casual players who leave the game after 3 months.
What do you think about?

It's impossible to have the same degree of guild loyalty, commitment and activity in a game in which players can join up to five guilds and will generally only do so in order to trade.

Two remedies are obvious - open up the trading system (without necessarily having an auction house) so that participation isn't conditional on guild membership, and limit the number of guilds players can join - preferably to just one. Unfortunately, neither is likely to happen and if anything people seem to want to be able to belong to more guilds, not fewer.

Plus ESO is a game that doesn't really attract the same kind of community involvement as most MMOs, because it's derived from a very strong single-player IP that lends itself to players tackling ESO as a single-player experience in the company of others. There's nothing wrong with that in my view, it's just that it impacts along with the trading system on those who favour a more traditional "group and guild" MMO.

Lastly, I assume the OP has no empirical date for the assertion that at the moment too many casual players leave the game after 3 months. My own experience is the opposite, it's casual players who stick around taking a long time to complete the massive content on offer with multiple characters, while it's the hardcore players who have 1000 CPs, power-level alts to 50 in a couple of days, demand that all other progression is made account-wide and then leave because they're burnt out and have exhausted all the content. Then again, I don't have any empirical data either  !

    1) little notyuu someone understands and others do not, i make some grammatical errors because I'm not english and i think it's normal, for to finish with you i do not send you where you know coz we are in a public forum.

    2) Tandor you're right you can not create a kind of guild competition in a game where you can hold 5 guilds at the same time, only guild quests then the player will choose the guild.
You're probably right about casual players, it's a shame that they are practically non-existent for the guild, even when they go to queue for the dungeons they do it while they play single quests

I think you are doing fine with your english. I suspect better than most english speakers would with your native language.

Trading guild exist for profit. PvE guilds are there for PvE content. PvP for PvP content.
I guess some guilds do a little of all on the side, but if you are in a guild that specializes for one part of the game, do not be surprised that they want results tied to the aspect of the game they are based on.

Sadly outside of dungeons and trading, guilds are useless in ESO.

Guilds are an odd thing in ESO. For one, there is no search function to find guilds (very odd for a game this size) and match them up with what type of content you want to play, your expected play hours, etc. There is also a split in functionality in PC/Mac versus Consoles. Sure... you can add in a keyboard, but you still have to use a controller to move between text windows making it a nightmare to use text based interface. Meeting anyone worthwhile in General with a headset requires a special kind of pain tolerant person.
So, what? That leaves dungeons and group to find people you like? Does anyone EVER speak in dungeons?!? Still one of the oddest things I have experienced. I've run around with people as an amazing team... not grouped or anything, just on the same mission and doing them in the same sequence... but half an hour later we part ways and never see each other again (one of the cooler things about this game). Sure, I should try to chat them up, but the rejection of "group" is strong in most places (and I admit I can be just as bad). I'm sure things are worse because I'm on Xbox, but my back is grateful I'm moving around more than just sitting in my desk chair, so I'll deal with it.
I wonder if there is so much content that many people really don't know what they want to do, so just kind of choose something when they login. A guild would certainly help that. A helpful guild would help that, rather. For now, consider me confused by guilds and the structure. It certainly makes me miss my old guild in EQ and EQII (Hail the Storm!), or EVE Online, though it saves me from the overly dramatic guilds of WoW... so it's not all bad. But it could certainly stand some improvement in functionality and focus. At least IMHO.

I don't think splitting guilds is going to have the impact you think it will. People who are group PvP/PvE-inclined are likely already either in guilds or are seeking them out. People who have zero interest will continue to have zero interest. Separating guild functions and types won't change this at all.

Your best bet would be to cultivate a relationship with curious newbies and to strengthen your bonds with those in your existing guilds.

Disclaimer: Am a solo-only casual player who's been here three or four months. I'll remain here until I've exhausted my interest in repeating story content. So far, I'd guess I'm only 1/3 of the way through the available quests outside the two expansions I haven't touched. I'm only in a trading guild because you pretty much have to be in this game to get "established." I'm guessing at this rate, I'll be around a year or more ;)

Feels like you have been in the wrong / bad guilds for what you need.

I'm in two huge trading guilds I surely trade with. I'm in a PvP guild for big action. I have a flex spot. Currently a trials guild. And I have my guild, small, known friends only who I do most content with.

    I have everything I need.

If you joined 5 traders and are complaining they don't do everything else I think your expectation is wrong. Regardless, ZOS can break up traders as you suggest, guilds are player created content.

I've been in the same guild for several years now. We keep it tight knit.

I personally hate that I have to be a member of so many guilds just to sell my wares. It's exacerbated by the 30 item cap and the inability to stack certain items (glyphs, for example). The lack of functionality buyer side ensures that many of these items don't move, too. I love the idea of being in a dedicated content guild, but the way things stand, it's impossible.

I do 99% of the game content with 2 of my guilds: my IRL friends guild and my PVP guild.

My other 3 guilds are trading guilds that I use for trader slots and auctions. That's all I want from a trading guild and so I picked guilds that dont expect anything more than that I sell well.
