60" 4k HDR TV: $2000, Xbox One X: $500, not being able to take advantage of either: priceless...
The game has issues, yes. However, while these issues are both frustrating and annoying I’m STILL enjoying the game. I know about frustration, my lowest ping sits at 400 as I live in Australia.
As such, I won’t be cancelling my subscription until I’m no longer enjoying the game. However, like @Tandor mentioned, I too am yet to see a mention of any OP no longer playing the game in the “I’m cancelling my subscription” posts .
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and mine is that it’s your choice to cancel your subscription, but you’re losing out by doing so if you continue to play the game.

It doesn't matter if he/she will be back. Yes he/she can be back but then he/she IS NOT SPENDING MONEY ON Zenimax. So now a guaranteed income is gone now. If and when he/she comes back doesn't mean they will spend money or as much as they are now.
Isn't guaranteed money better than having a one or two great blips in the year? Maybe I am wrong.

I hate to tell you but a subscription is NOT guaranteed money, at all... this is why ZOS dropped the subscription requirement. It's difficult for a company to based their annual forecasts off money that, may or may not, continue. Since it's very easy to drop a subscription, and I'm sure most players have the 'monthly' sub, ZOS cannot plan a budget around 'possible' income. However, with the Crown Store they have more control over their income, which is why they cater more towards NEW players because vet players already have purchased everything they already need. A sub is a drop in the bucket compared to Crown Store sales... if ZOS was truly dependent upon ESO+ subs, they would be offering much more perks compared to what's currently offered.
