Revitalize Lightning Staff Sorcerer

    Interesting, although I'd prefer if stam sorcs have the same difficulty in making choices with morphs.

    Critical Favor: Invoke Meridia's Favor against an enemy, increasing damage that target takes from lightning and physical attacks by 10% for 10 seconds. While active, any player dealing a critical strike against this target also gains Meridia's Favor and has a 10% chance to reduce the cost of their next ability by 50%. (Much like the DK Engulfing Flames, but single target rather than cone, so increased duration.)

    That would just turn the meta into one Templar one sorc for heals.
    Another place you could place the extra lightning damage would be on daedric mines. Just make the mines place a low duration dot that provides the debuff.
    As for sustain, they could add a restore magika passive to the blood magic passive or it could be added to boundless storm either in the form of all attacks have chance to restore magika or having boundless storm damage restores magika based on the number of enemies hit.

    Maybe if they fix the targeting on Daedric Tomb. The fact that you have to aim through and behind your target made this skill unusable for me (changed in October 2017). It is literally impossible to hit a boss like Caluurion with multiple mines now because he stands on a small hill and you can’t get LoS on the ground behind him. I tried to prevent this change at the time, but it was implemented anyway and I haven’t used mines since (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/374656/daedric-tomb-change/p1).
